The revisional application was last heard on 09.06.2022. The present revisional application of the year 2020 has been filed praying for transfer of a case from the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate Asansol to the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah.

Considering the materials on record and the conduct of the petitioners and that none appeared in this case for the petitioners since the date of listing of this case, the matter stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of. Md. Kutubuddin, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case. He is also directed to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case. Let his appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
