This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.1274 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No.1274 of 2024

as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4.

CO 103 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
