3. Since sufficient grounds have been made out by the petitioner for his absence on the relevant date, IA No: CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated March 13, 2023 and restoring WPA No. 699 of 2023 to its original file and number.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
