In view of earlier order dated 13th June, 2022, the Investigating Officer of this case has submitted a report dated 22.06.2022 wherefrom it appears that trial of Balurghat P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018 under Sections 21/22/25/27A/29 of the NDPS Act and along with Special Case No. 31 of 2018 has already been ended in acquittal and accused Login Das @ Lagin Das and other accused Manorama Das were found not guilty to the charge levelled against them vide Order No. 71 dated 24.12.2021 passed in Special Case No. 31/2018 (CIS Registration No. 97/2018) by the Judge, Special Court, NDPS Act, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur.

In view of the above, let CRR 24 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous.

Report submitted by the Investigating Officer of this case be kept with the record.
