And In Re : Totan Gorai .... petitioner Mr. Kunal Ganguly ....for the petitioner Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee, Ms. Sonali Das ..... for the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Khatra Women Police Station Case No.09 of 2021 dated 28.08.2021 under Sections 498A/325/506/307 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application has been preferred.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. Subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail earlier on 30th September, 2021, the chargesheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation.

Ms. Das, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the chargesheet has been submitted under the same sections as incorporated in the FIR.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. We do not find any substantial change in the circumstances subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail. In view thereof, the present

application being C.R.M.(A) 190 of 2022 is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
