They stand implicated in a police case where the police filed charge sheet, inter alia, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Apparently, proclamation process was issued and notices affixed so far as the petitioners are concerned. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 97 of 2024 is dismissed.
