From the report, we see that the victim girl has been recovered.

Her statement has been recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. 2023. She has stated that she did not approve of a proposed marriage that her family had fixed for her. She ran away with another person with whom she was in love.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no reason to keep this writ petition for habeas corpus pending.

WPA (H) 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.
