Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed the downloaded copy of the order of the National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench. Let the same be kept with the record.

Earlier, there were representations made both to the District Magistrate as well as the District Police Authorities including the SP, SDPO and the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station.

In view of the order passed by the National Green Tribunal, it would be the responsibility and duty of the District Magistrate and the police authorities to respect the said order and to ensure that there is no violation of the said order. A copy of

the order be sent by the petitioner to the office of the District Magistrate, the Superintendent of Police and the local Inspector-in-Charge or the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 823 of 2021 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
