2. It is submitted by the learned advocate that the Trial Court Records were destroyed by fire in the year 2020. Thus, the appellant who was the claimants in the Motor Accident Claims Case in the Trial Court is permitted to make necessary application for reconstruction of the record which is to be considered by the learned Trial Court.

3. Upon reconstruction of the record the matter to be heard out.

4. The copy of this order as well as the order dated 02.02.2026 be communicated to the learned Trial Court.
