...for the State In view of the compliance of the order dated 25th January, 2021 granting anticipatory bail, having regard to the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed and there is no allegation of non-cooperation on the part of the petitioners till investigation process, we modify the conditions to the extent that the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of Haripal Police Station once in a month until further orders.

All other conditions imposed by the order dated 25th January, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

The petitioner shall attend the Court on every date of hearing. Failing which, it is open for the learned trial court to cancel the bail without any further reference to this Court.
