The petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with the Khargram P. S. Case No. 144 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020 under Sections 341/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of hearing of the matter, the learned advocate for the State submits memo of evidence, which has been sent by the Investigating Officer of the case. Let the memo of evidence be kept on record.

It is reflected from the memo of evidence, submitted by the Investigating Officer, that the petitioner Meherul Sk. Has been discharged from the charge-sheet as also the case.
