In view of compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on July 20, 2022 in Special Leave to Appeal No. 30983 of 2016 and on the assurance that future installment shall be paid, the applications stand allowed and the appeals stand disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the application filed under CAN 2116 of 2015 in F.A. 5 of 2010 and the applications filed under CAN 3015 of 2011 and CAN 3028 of 2011 in F.A. 49 of 2016 become infructuous and those stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
