The petitioner alleges that his representation which appears at page 20 (Annexure P-4) of the writ application raising certain objection as to time table has not yet been decided by the authority.

Learned advocate for the State respondents submits that certain period of time is required by the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal, the respondent no.4 to consider this application.

I direct the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal, the respondent no.4 to consider this application which appears at page 20 (Annexure P-4) of the writ application within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondent also.

With the above direction, this matter is disposed of.
