Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioners the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Licence Officer to consider the representation filed by the petitioners in the month of November 2022 in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but

positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated October 28, 2022 at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
