1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about 1 year. He has got a lesson for his conduct. Other accused persons have already been granted bail. If the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he may abide by all the conditions that may be imposed upon him.

2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner absconded for 6 years. On earlier two occasions, the bail prayers were rejected by this Court. Due to his absconsion, the prosecution suffered a lot in proceeding with the case. If the petitioner is again enlarged on bail, the prosecution may suffer seriously.

3. We have considered the materials-on-record. We have also found that on earlier occasion, the bail prayers of the present petitioner were rejected. The conduct of the petitioner does not inspire us to enlarge him on bail.

4. In view of the materials-on-record, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 192 of 2025 is dismissed.
