Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show victim had consumed poison and committed suicide. Statement further clarifies there was a dispute between the petitioners and the deceased over the issue of consumption of liquor. Whether the insinuations made by the petitioners would amount to abetment to suicide must be assessed at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.

Hence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
