Therefore, his application is to be considered under West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer, Transfer on Special Grounds and Reallocation) Rules, 2015. His application as was made on 16.08.2021, it will not be guided by the amendment to the above named rule which came into effect on September 8, 2021 and also the memo dated 22nd September, 2021. Therefore, I direct the Managing Committee of the School to consider the application of the petitioner afresh in terms of the said rules before it is amended in September, 2021.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
