...for the respondents/plaintiffs This appeal was disposed of on 4th February, 2022. However, at the instance of the respondents/plaintiffs, this matter has appeared for corrections of the order dated 4th February, 2022.

There are few typographical errors in the order dated 4th February, 2022, which are as follows:

(i) In the first line of the second paragraph of first of the said order the word "plaintiffs" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendants";

(ii) In the sixth line of the second paragraph of the first page the word "plaintiff" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendant";

(iii) In the 18th line of the second page of the said order, the word "defendants" shall be deleted and substituted by "plaintiffs";

(iv) In the 19th line of the second page of the said order, the word "plaintiffs" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendants".

(v) In the first line of the third page of the said order, the numerical figure "3" shall be deleted and substituted by "2";

(vi) In the second line of the third page of the said order, the numerical figure "1" shall be deleted and substituted by "2";

(vii)In the 9th line of the third page of the said order, the word "plaintiffs" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendants";

(viii) In the third line from the bottom of the third page of the said order, the word "plaintiffs" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendants";

(ix) In the first line of the last page of the said order, the word "plaintiffs" shall be deleted and substituted by "defendants";

(x) In the 4th line of the last page of the said order, the words "3 decimals" shall be deleted and substituted by "2 decimal".

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 4th February, 2022.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered. In view of the disposal of the appeal and the connected application on 4th February, 2022, the matter shall not be shown as pending.
