Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has already been submitted and as such, custodial interrogation is not necessary. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on 11th November, 2021.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. Though upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted, we do not find any substantial change in the facts and circumstances of the case subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 11th November, 2021. In view thereof, the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) No.194 of 2022 is dismissed.
