Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities and submits to that effect that a representation dated 29.12.2022 was addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District. Till date the petitioner has not been informed regarding the fate of the said information/representation furnished with the concerned Superior Officer of Police.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District to dispose of the representation dated 29.12.2022 within a period of 4 weeks and inform the outcome to the

petitioner within a period of 15 days after taking the decision.

Needless to state that if by any reason the representation dated 29.12.2022 is not available, the concerned Office would communicate with the petitioner and pray for a copy of the said representation to be furnished before the said office. With the aforesaid observations WPA 725 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
