This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner under the heading "To be Mentioned". Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at the time of passing the order by this Court on 1st September, 2021, liberty was given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the respondent concerned for refund which it is eligible, has not gone down in the order. Learned advocate appearing for the respondents does not deny the submission of the petitioner.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for the refund in question which he is eligible. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 1st September, 2021.
