Smt. Rasmoni Soren None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 18th June, 2021 when following order was made:

Noting dated 4th August, 2021 says the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. Printed list has been published. We are convinced appellant has lost interest.

SA 460 of 2009 is dismissed.
