In Re: CAN 3 of 2025 Learned advocates for the parties are present. This appeal was disposed of earlier by the order dated 17th December, 2024. The contention of the respondents is that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 have already attained majority as discussed in paragraph 4 of this application. Thus, the application stands allowed. The majority of respondent no.1 (Sagar Bagchi) and respondent no. 2(Sadhan Bagchi) be recorded in the memorandum of appeal.

Department is directed to carry out the amendment within two weeks. The application being CAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.
