Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the statement prepared by the SubInspector of Schools is perused, it is evident that the petitioner has received annual increment and twenty years benefit on 1st July, 2006. But surprisingly from the statement prepared by the Director of Accounts, School Education Department, the same is not reflected in serial no. 4 of the said form.

Learned Counsel appearinf for the State submits that the accounting mistake has to be rectified and the matter should be referred to the Director of Accounts (Pension), District-Paschim Medinipur.

The Director of Accounts (Pension), Paschim Medinipur is requested to consider the writ petition of the petitioner more specifically, page 16 and page 26 of the application prepare a report and furnish the

same before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Paschim Medinipur within two months from date. The District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Paschim Medinipur is requested to consider the writ petition in the light of the report to be prepared by the Director of Accounts (Pension) and release the long outstanding pension of the petitioner in accordance with law at an earliest, preferably within a period of two months thereafter.

The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the office of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Paschim Medinipur and Director of Accounts (Pension), District-Paschim Medinipure at an earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
