Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 2nd January, 2021 has been made before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 6. But that representation has not been considered by the said authority till date.

Let the representation dated 2nd January, 2021 being annexure "P9"of the writ petition be considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 6 within a period of 14 days from today.

Learned Advocate on record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the

Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata at an earliest.

With the above direction WPA 853 of 2021 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.
