Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. He highlights the fact of lodgment of the proceeding under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
