1. Affidavit of service, as filed in Court today, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the mother of the writ-petitioner had been illegally and wrongfully confined by her siblings.

3. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate representing the private respondents being respondent nos. 10 to 13, refuted such contention and submits that the mother was staying with respondent no. 11 of her own volition.

4. However, both parties submit that their mother has presently expired. The writ-petition has lost its force.

5. In view thereof, WPA 860 of 2025 is dismissed.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat Certified of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties.
