1. The learned advocate for the petitioner by placing before this Court the communication dated 16th February, 2026 would submit that the matter has been amicably settled and the petitioner does not wish to proceed.

2. Let a copy of the communication dated 16.02.2026 be taken on record.

3. I find that the matter has been filed, inter alia, alleging unauthorized construction and/or removal of illegal boundary wall constructed in violation of the sanctioned building plan.

4. However, since the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the matter, let the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The above order, however, shall not interfere with the rights of the municipality to proceed in accordance with law.
