By the order dated March 07, 2024 passed in WPA No. 723 of 2024, the alleged contemnor was directed to conduct a hearing and to intimate the outcome to the petitioner within a limited period.

It is alleged that although hearing has been given, no outcome has yet been communicated to the petitioner, giving rise to the contempt application.

Since a prima facie case of violation of the order of court has been made out, the petitioner shall serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor indicating that the matter shall next be listed on August 16, 2024, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service to that effect.
