Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the accounts have been frozen and the petitioner has been informed that as criminal cases have been registered and the same has been made available to IndusInd Bank, Rajarhat Branch, the Bank Authorities were compelled to freeze the accounts. Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that since the cases are not related to the State of West Bengal, the State-respondents are not in a position to furnish information.

Learned advocate appearing for the IndusInd Bank, i.e. respondent nos.4 and 5 submits that as there are list of cases, two of the cases are from Karnataka and one is from Gujarat, the Bank Authorities have been compelled to take steps by freezing the accounts.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 5 will furnish information to the petitioner in respect of the information available with them for freezing the accounts be it any communication or available in the portal or a police station case number.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 773 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
