Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the investigation has been taken to its logical conclusion by Bardhaman Sadar Police Station.

In view of the charge sheet having been submitted before the jurisdictional Court, petitioner, if she is aggrieved she would canvass her grievance before the jurisdictional Court.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered the fact that the investigation has been concluded, further interference of the writ court is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 781 of 2025 is disposed of.
