3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the victim was kidnapped. Victim was ill treated and made to do inhuman work and was kept without food by the private respondent.

4. State and the private respondent are represented.

5. Allegations made against the private respondent are denied by the private respondent.

6. So far as the writ of Habeas Corpus is concerned, since, the victim stands recovered, no further order need be passed.

7. WPA (H) 4 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
