2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent/Municipality to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the private respondents.

3. It is submitted that in spite of filing several representations, the last being on 06.09.2025, the respondent authorities are not taking any action nor considering the petitioner's representation.

4. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.

shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 on hearing all the stake holders and decide the issue by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within 60 days from the date of this order.

5. WPA 1039 of 2026 stands disposed of.
