Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits report of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, South 24 Parganas, along with a copy of the order dated 6th March, 2020 passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13th December, 2019 from which it appears that the suit land in question was acquired and award declared in favour of the petitioner and the compensation amount will be given to the petitioner on receiving the bank account details from her and the said order dated 6th March, 2020 also records that after field verification the process for compensation of structure value will be started soon.

Considering the facts as appears from report filed in this Court along with the order dated 6th March, 2020, no

further cause of action for contempt survives and accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped and the application being CPAN 43 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
