Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pressing the application for anticipatory bail. The petition for anticipatory bail was taken up for consideration on January 13, 2023 when certain observations were made by the Court.

The materials in the case diary suggest requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioners.

In such circumstances, it would be inappropriate to allow the petitioners to withdraw the application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 145 of 2023 is dismissed.
