It appears that in pursuance to the order of this Court the Insurance Company initially has deposited some amount and now they have submitted that there are some mis-calculation in the award and further some amount has to be deposited for compliance of the order passed by this Court. Mr.

Krishanu Banik, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant/claimant submits that the Insurance Company has wrongly calculated the compensation together with the interest as awarded by this Court for which the claimant has suffered a lot.

Considering the submissions, this matter cannot be disposed of under the heading of "Correction".

Let the matter be listed under the heading "to be mentioned".

Appellant is at liberty to use affidavit, if any. Let the matter be fixed on 6th May, 2024.
