The petitioner filed his first application for transfer on 12.08.2021 which came back to the petitioner on 19.08.2021. The petitioner made another application for transfer on medical ground which came back from the end of the School Service Commission 09.11.2021 on the ground that the disease mentioned in CMOH Certificate is not included in the list of disease mentioned in the Government order dated 8th September, 2021. The petitioner is not ready and willing to disclose the disease and if it is included in the above Government order or not and therefore considering the conduct of the petitioner I am not inclined to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction. The writ application is dismissed.
