...For the Appellants/ Claimants In the order dated September 16, 2021, certain inadvertent errors have crept up.

Firstly, the year of appeal shall be corrected to read as 2021 instead of 2020. Secondly, the name of counsel shall be read as Ms. Ruxmini Basu Roy instead of Mr. Ruxmini Basu Roy.

Accordingly office is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in terms of this order. Rest of the order dated September 16, 2021 shall remain unaltered. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
