The petitioner's grievance is that he has got one mark less because of the fault of the School Service Commission and for this reason the petitioner has sent one representation to the Secretary of the School Service Commission on 05.10.2021.

The matter relates to Regional Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teachers. I direct the Secretary of the School Service Commission to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a

period of six weeks from date and if the petitioner is eligible to get one mark more, it should be added to his marks. If after such addition the petitioner becomes entitled to be empanelled or wait listed, it should be done.

With the observation and direction as above, this writ application is disposed of.
