Previously on 4th July, 2024 same situation prevailed as a result whereof the matter was fixed for further consideration on 18th July, 2024. On 18th July, 2024 a learned advocate appeared for the appellant and prayed for accommodation since it was submitted that he tried to contact the appellant but failed. Matter was adjourned in order to enable the learned advocate representing the appellant to obtain instructions. Matter is fixed for hearing today.

It appears appellant has lost interest.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed.
