It appears that due to the mistake by the department concerned, the said appeal and the connected application appeared in the list on 2nd May, 2023 and 15th June, 2023. Accordingly, the said appeal and the connected application shall stand deleted from the cause title of the orders dated 2nd May, 2023 and 15th June, 2023.
