Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record as well as the injury reports. Injury on Kabiruddin is not grievous whereas injury on Nureja is severe and on a vital part of the body. Nureja's statement shows petitioner No.1 had assaulted her on the head.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 viz., Rasid @ Abdul Rasid.

Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 5.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 viz., 2) Manjura Khatun @ Manjura Bibi,

3) Usman Ali @ Usman @ Bhola Ali, 4) Nurseba @ Nurseba Khatun @ Mangli Khatun and 5) Nira Khatun @ Mina Bibi @ Mira Bibi be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the Signed By : ALOK SETH High Court of Calcutta 15 th of January 2025 05:09:44 PM

satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. Petitioner Nos.2 to 5 shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 6.
