1. The order dated 13th September, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the second line of paragraph four of the first page of the order dated 13th September, 2023 the name "Mohamaya Law" shall stand corrected to read as "Mahamaya Law". In the last line of paragraph 4 of the second page of the order dated 13th September, 2023, the expression "8, Pretoria Street, Kolkata - 700 71" shall stand corrected to read as "385/1, Keyatala Lane, Kolkata - 700 029".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 13th September, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 13th September, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
