Mr. Ghatak, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that he do not intend to proceed with the present revisional application being CRR 121 of 2024. Mr. Dutt, learned advocate appearing for the applicant has preferred an application for and on behalf of the petitioner no.3 namely Anirban Ghosh and submitted that neither the vokalatnama was signed by him nor is he an accused in the case and his name has been incorporated in the list of the petitioners without his knowledge.

Learned advocate for the private opposite party no.2 as well as the State is present.

In view of the submissions of Mr. Dutt, learned advocate for the applicant the name of petitioner no.3 be deemed to be expunged

from the list of the petitioners. So far as the revisional application is concerned, the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 121 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
