Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities. According to the petitioner, he has been foisted with a false information which has led to his harassment but in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.7 to 10 submits that there has been no deception and the private respondents have acted in consonance with law and they are subjected to unnecessary harassment because of the act and action of the present petitioner.

State has submitted a report regarding the findings of the concerned police station wherein Eco

Park Police Station has conducted enquiry and has arrived at their conclusion relating to the breach of agreements and the revocation of power of attorney concerned.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, if he is aggrieved, would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of Section 175(3) of the BNSS. Learned Magistrate will assess and ascertain regarding the nature of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 928 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
