Affidavit of service so filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant of arrest which was issued by the learned C. J. M, Murshidabad. I find that the case was instituted in the year 2010 and the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a Division bench of this court in CRM 9692 of 2010.

Petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned CJM, Berhampore, Murshidabad. In case the petitioner surrenders by 8th March, 2024 and prays for bail, the learned Magistrate would take into account the earlier order of anticipatory bail granted by a Division Bench of this court and dispose of the bail application in accordance with law. The execution of the warrant of arrest be stayed till 11th March, 2024. If the petitioner do not surrender within the fixed date, the learned Magistrate would be at liberty to

resort to harsher process of law. .

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 125 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
