Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The said report reflects that pursuant to the direction passed by the learned jurisdictional court, further investigation was in progress. Consequently a supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted on or about 30.01.2025 against ten FIR named accused persons. On an assessment of the initial charge-sheet wherein four accused persons were discharged and the supplementary charge-sheet which reflects that four accused persons have been implicated in the case, I am of the view that the investigating authority has collected materials in course of further investigation. Consequently, I am of the view that the investigating agency has taken steps. As such, further interference is not called for by this Court.

If the petitioner is so aggrieved, she will canvass her issues before the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 965 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
