The petitioner Kanai Sardar and the opposite party No.2, Kabita Ghosh have amicably settled all their disputes and differences. A joint compromise application being CRAN 1 of 2024 has been filed.

In that view of the matter, having regard to the statements made by the petitioner and the opposite party No.2 and jointly signed by them, let Canning (W) Police Station FIR No.58/23 dated 19th August, 2023 and charge sheet No.635 of 2023 dated 31st October, 2023 arising out of Canning Police Station Case No.678/23 dated 15th October, 2023 stand quashed and set aside. 3.

The A.C.J.M., Alipore shall take note of the aforesaid order and incorporate the same in his records.

With the aforesaid directions, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed. 5.

Accordingly, the CRR 123 of 2024 is also disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
