We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had forged the signature of a dead person to transfer immoveable property. 3.

In view of the nature of crime, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
