Perused the office report dated 23.03.2023 /28.03.2023, Lay Note dated 01.03.2023 of the Assistant Registrar-IX and the orders dated 03.03.2023,25.02.2011 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

It appears from the said Lay Note that the requisites namely postal costs, correct postal addresses and written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent no.4 had not been deposited by the appellant in compliance with the order dated 25.02.2011 passed by the Hon'ble Court and taking note of this the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.03.2023 was pleased to direct interalia, "On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the time to comply with the order dated 25.02.2011 is peremptorily extended by one week from date.

In default, the appeal and the application shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court".

It appears from the office report dated 23.03.2023 /28.03.2023 that the requisites have not yet been deposited.

In view of the aforesaid the appeal being SA-342 of 2010 and the application being CAN-3 of 2014 (Old No: CAN 11328 of 2014) stand dismissed in terms of the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court.
